At our medical center, we are proud to have a dedicated team of primary care doctors and nurses who are committed to your well-being. Our family doctor, Dr. Adila Siddiqi, brings over two decades of experience in family medicine, geriatrics, and anti-aging.

Farah Siddiqi, a compassionate family nurse practitioner, is here to provide care for various health needs, including arthritis and general consultations. She is multilingual, making her accessible to patients from diverse backgrounds.

Maria Siddiqi, a certified Physician Assistant, combines her extensive education and research background to offer comprehensive care in family practice, internal medicine, and rheumatology.

Amanda Hayes, a Family Nurse Practitioner, prioritizes transparency and patient-centered care, particularly for minority and LGBTQ+ communities. Our diverse team is here to meet your healthcare needs at our health center.

Dr. Adila Siddiqi

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Adila Siddiqi is Board Certified in Family Medicine, with additional training in geriatrics and anti-aging. She earned her medical degree at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and completed her family medicine residency at the University of North Texas/DFW Medical Center in Grand Prairie, TX. As a local, she still practices in the very community, she completed her training in and she has been in practice for the past 20 years. She also actively participates in community outreach programs. When not caring for patients, Dr. Siddiqi enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys traveling, cooking and shopping. She is also fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi. Dr. Siddiqi values developing long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She is committed to assisting her patients on their journey to better health. She is motivated in providing patient-centered care that is aimed at helping patients of all ages. She is currently accepting new patients and accepts most insurances.

Ms. Farah Siddiqi

Family Nurse Practitioner.

Farah Siddiqi is a concerned and caring family nurse practitioner serving the community of Dallas, TX. Ms. Siddiqi attended Texas Woman's University, where she received her master’s in nursing. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from East Central University. Patients see her for a variety of reasons, including annual physicals, general consultations, arthritis, and general follow ups.

Ms. Siddiqi is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu. Her awareness of these different languages makes her accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Ms. Siddiqi is devoted to ensuring the longevity of her patients’ health and developing long-lasting relationships with them. She takes her time to understand symptoms and give correct diagnoses to ensure the continued health of all her patients.

Maria Siddiqi

Physician Assistant

Maria earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Charleston in West Virginia. She is board certified and has been in practice for eight years. She has an extensive educational background and furthered her education and received her Doctorate of Medical Science degree from Lincoln Memorial University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tennessee.

She also has experience in biomedical research and attained a Master of Science from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA. Her previous work experience includes: family practice, internal medicine and rheumatology. She has a deep passion for risk management and quality improvement. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, crafting and spending time with friends & family. She is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi. She is an animal lover and has kittens of her own.

Amanda Hayes

Family Nurse Practitioner.

Amanda Hayes is a Family Nurse Practitioner working with patients in both Irving and Grand Prairie. Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Arizona University and her master’s in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She continues to have a special place in her heart for solid organ transplant patients, as that is where she spent six formative years as a Registered Nurse.

Amanda takes pride in her enthusiasiasm about honesty and transparency in healthcare, wellness, and meeting the needs of minority and LGBTQ+ communities who are traditionally underserved. In her free time Amanda loves travelling, trying new (spicy!) foods, and spending time with family.
